One of the ongoing construction projects in Las Vegas is MSG Sphere. Located east of Las Vegas Sands' Venetian resort, the entertainment sphere-shaped venue is being built at the 18-acre site. The funds allocated for the project amount to $1.66-billion. Along with the capacity of 17,500 seats, the distinguishing feature of MSG Sphere will be the large LED screen covering more than 160,000 square feet!
Casino-resort Drew Las Vegas

The casino-resort Drew Las Vegas (former Fontainebleau), located between the Las Vegas Convention Center and Resorts World Las Vegas, is also under construction. The project will include a 95,000-square-foot casino, a 60,000-square-foot spa, a theater with a capacity of 3,300 seats, 2,871 hotel rooms, 1,018 condominium units, 180,000-square-foot retail space, indoor and outdoor conference space, nightclubs, restaurants and lounges.
Virgin Hotels Las Vegas

As to new development projects, we would like to mention the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. 110,000 square feet of remodeled meeting and event spaces, 60,000-square-foot casinos, upgraded outdoor space and pools, 1,504 renovated hotel rooms spread across three buildings, 14 restaurants, 10,000-square-foot nightclub – all these will be available at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas in 2021. Las Vegas Convention Center, located in Winchester, is being developed in stages. The total space covers 3,200,000 square feet. Grand plans are aimed at the construction of the Las Vegas Convention Center, namely the $980.3-million West Hall expansion of the Las Vegas Convention Center, its $52.5-million underground people-mover and the $540-million renovation of its other four exhibition halls.
