Casino-resort Drew Las Vegas

The casino-resort Drew Las Vegas (former Fontainebleau), located between the Las Vegas Convention Center and Resorts World Las Vegas, is also under construction. The project will include a 95,000-square-foot casino, a 60,000-square-foot spa, a theater with a capacity of 3,300 seats, 2,871 hotel rooms, 1,018 condominium units, 180,000-square-foot retail space, indoor and outdoor conference space, nightclubs, restaurants and lounges.
Virgin Hotels Las Vegas

Las Vegas Convention Center, located in Winchester, is being developed in stages. The total space covers 3,200,000 square feet. Grand plans are aimed at the construction of the Las Vegas Convention Center, namely the $980.3-million West Hall expansion of the Las Vegas Convention Center, its $52.5-million underground people-mover and the $540-million renovation of its other four exhibition halls.
